Groundworks, LLC, North America's foundation solutions leader, seeks an Outside Sales Representative. You will conduct in-home inspections, build a book of business from warm leads, and present repair options to homeowners.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of sales experience preferred.
• Experience in commission-driven sales is a plus.
• Construction or home improvement experience is a plus.
• Entrepreneurial attitude focused on performance and customer service.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Travel within sales territory to conduct in-home inspections.
• Utilize warm pre-qualified leads to develop a book of business.
• Diagnose issues for homeowners and discuss solutions.
• Estimate repairs and prepare job proposals.
• Close sales in the home and manage the sales pipeline.
