Job summary

West Shore Home is seeking an In-Home Sales Representative in Boston, MA to deliver the West Shore Home sales method and secure customer agreements for bathroom, flooring, windows, and doors remodels. You will meet with customers in their homes, present product options, and close sales on designated appointments.

The role features a rotating schedule, uncapped commissions, a base salary, and an annual bonus program. Veterans and bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• The ability to quickly connect with anyone in an environment.
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• Previous sales experience or experience in retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles.

Responsibilities

• Visit customer homes to provide in-depth product consultations.
• Communicate the value of West Shore Home products and installation quality.
• Work with customers to find options within their budget and close sales.
• Complete post-sale activities and ensure customer satisfaction.
