Job summary

West Shore Home is seeking an In-Home Sales Representative in the Dallas area. You will meet with customers at their homes to present our remodeling solutions, guide them through product selections, and close sales.

Responsibilities include presenting the West Shore Home value, working within customer budgets, and handling post-sale activities. The role features a rotating schedule, warm leads, and strong earning potential with commissions and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage customers in home visits.

Responsibilities

• Follow a rotating schedule: Weeks 1–2 Mon–Fri 9:00 AM–7:00 PM; Weeks 3–4 Tue–Fri 9:00 AM–7:00 PM and Sat 9:00 AM–2:00 PM.
• No cold-calling or lead generation; all leads are warm and pre-set.
• Sit down with potential customers at their homes to provide an in-depth consultant on our products.
• Communicate the value of our products and of our installation quality.
• Work with the customer to find options that fit their budget.
• Close sales with customers and complete post-sale activity.
• Sales appointments run for approximately 2 hours.
