West Shore Home in Cleveland, OH is hiring an in-home Sales Representative to guide customers through our remodeling solutions. You will present options, build value, and close agreements during in-home visits.

The role features a competitive base salary plus uncapped commissions, an annual bonus program, and gross earnings that can surpass $200K in the first year with consistent performance. We provide comprehensive benefits and a strong growth culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer-facing roles preferred.
• Ability to connect quickly with customers in person.

Responsibilities

• Follow a monthly rotating schedule: Mon–Fri 9:00 AM–7:00 PM or Tue–Fri 9:00 AM–7:00 PM and Sat 9:00 AM–2:00 PM.
• No cold-calling; all leads are warm and pre-set.
• Meet with customers at their homes for product consultation.
• Explain value and installation quality of products.
• Help customers find options that fit their budget.
• Close sales and complete post-sale activities.
• Sales appointments run ~2 hours.
