Job summary

West Shore Home in Phoenix, AZ seeks an In-Home Sales Representative to serve as the primary contact for customers, delivering the West Shore Home sales approach to secure agreements for remodels of bathrooms, flooring, windows and doors.

You will meet clients in their homes on a rotating schedule, present options, address budget needs, and work to close sales with uncapped commissions and performance bonuses. First year earnings can reach up to $200K+ with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience in sales or customer-facing roles preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Smartphone or device required to log into company systems.
• Bilingual Spanish/English encouraged due to customer demographics.

Responsibilities

• Meet with potential customers in their homes to present product options.
• Explain value and installation quality, and tailor solutions to client budgets.
• Close sales and complete post-sale follow-up activities.
• Schedule and conduct sales appointments with a rotating weekly calendar.
• Maintain timely communication with customers and internal teams.
