West Shore Home is hosting a sales representative hiring event in Phoenix, inviting you to meet homeowners and present our bathroom, flooring, window and door remodel solutions. You will work from home visits, closing sales and advising customers on options that fit their budgets.

Compensation includes a competitive base, uncapped commissions, and an annual Net Sales Bonus Program. First-year earnings can reach $200K+ with a $2,500 signing bonus. Comprehensive benefits and training are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Ability to connect quickly with customers in person.
• Comfort with using smartphones and required systems.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers at their homes to present products and consult on options.
• Close sales and complete post-sale activities.
• Sell West Shore Home products and communicate value and installation quality.
