West Shore Home in Baltimore, MD is seeking an In-Home Sales Manager to lead our growing local team. This on-site role focuses on coaching the Inside Sales coordination with field reps, driving appointment conversion, and achieving ambitious revenue goals.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review schedule of appointments set by Inside Sales and adjust accordingly within the sales team.
• Review disposition results daily and coach the team to assist them with their upcoming appointments.
• Prepare and lead weekly sales meeting.
• Drive team results by setting goals, tracking progress, and celebrating wins.
• Effectively utilize In-Home Sales Team Leads to ensure In-Home Sales Representatives receive frequent and effective coaching and feedback.
