Job summary

West Shore Home is seeking an In-Home Sales Manager in Norristown, PA to lead a growing Baltimore-area team. This leadership role blends strategic sales coaching with hands-on field leadership to drive appointment conversion and revenue growth.

You’ll review appointment schedules, coach the team, and run weekly sales meetings while guiding performance, development, and accountability across the team. A valid driver’s license is required. Relocation assistance may be available.

Qualifications

• Experience in in-home sales or field sales.
• Proven leadership of a sales team.
• Valid driver’s license and clean record.

Responsibilities

• Review schedule of appointments set by Inside Sales and adjust accordingly within the sales team.
• Review disposition results daily and coach the team to assist them with their upcoming appointments.
• Prepare and lead weekly sales meeting.
• Drive team results by setting goals, tracking progress, and celebrating wins.
• Effectively utilize In-Home Sales Team Leads to ensure In-Home Sales Representatives receive frequent and effective coaching and feedback.
