Job summary

West Shore Home is seeking an In-Home Sales Manager to lead our Baltimore team from an on-site role in Norristown, PA. You’ll drive growth by coaching a high-performing sales force and coordinating with Inside Sales to optimize appointment schedules.

The position offers leadership responsibilities, a national growth trajectory, and a culture focused on innovation and achievement. You’ll play a key role in expanding our national brand in a dynamic home remodeling market.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in in-home sales.
• Bonus if you've led a sales team.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean record.

Responsibilities

• Review schedule of appointments set by Inside Sales and adjust accordingly within the sales team.
• Review disposition results daily and coach the team to assist them with their upcoming appointments.
• Prepare and lead weekly sales meetings.
• Drive team results by setting goals, tracking progress, and celebrating wins.
• Effectively utilize In-Home Sales Team Leads to ensure In-Home Sales Representatives receive frequent and effective coaching and feedback.
