Job summary

West Shore Home in Minneapolis seeks an In-Home Sales Manager to lead a dynamic sales team and drive growth. You will coach representatives, monitor performance, and ensure a high-quality customer experience during pre-scheduled in-home appointments.

Strong leadership and a results-driven mindset are essential. You will collaborate with GM, sales trainers, and operations to optimize the sales process, deliver ongoing training, and foster a culture of ownership and accountability.

Qualifications

• Experience leading sales teams in in-home or field sales.
• Strong leadership, communication, and coaching abilities.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing talent.
• Valid driver’s license with a reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Review appointments scheduled by Inside Sales and adjust as needed.
• Run a minimum of 3 pre-scheduled in-home appointments per week.
• Complete cancel-save appointments when required.
• Regularly review performance results and take action to meet goals.
• Prepare and lead a weekly sales team meeting.
