Job summary

Windows Direct USA is seeking a high-energy Sales Leader to develop a winning in-home sales team and deliver an outstanding customer experience from first appointment to final sale.

As our Sales Manager, you will lead and develop our team of In-Home Project Managers, coaching daily, conducting ride-alongs, and driving performance to meet and exceed sales goals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of in-home sales experience; windows, baths or home improvement preferred.
• 2+ years of sales management in a one-call-close, high-ticket environment.
• Strong coaching, mentoring, and performance-improvement skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, train, motivate, and hold the sales team accountable
• Conduct 6–7+ in-home ride-alongs each week with hands-on coaching
• Provide real-time feedback to improve closing performance
• Review individual and team performance and take action to hit sales goals
• Hire, develop, and build a high-performing sales team
• Lead weekly sales meetings, training, and development sessions
• Continuously improve our sales training, processes, and accountability standards
• Help save cancelled appointments and sales
• Train and reinforce our 10-step selling system
• Partner with leadership to continuously improve the overall customer experience
