Job summary

Groundworks Operations, LLC is seeking a results-driven sales professional for an in-home inspection role across the Minneapolis region. This full-time, W-2 position offers uncapped commissions and a structured training program, with paid start training at $750 per week.

You will travel to customer homes, present options, and close deals using warm leads and a growing book of business. Ideal candidates bring an entrepreneurial mindset, welcome coaching, and prefer a fast-paced, commission-driven

Qualifications

• Entrepreneurial attitude focused on driving performance and customer satisfaction.
• 1-2 years of sales experience preferred but not required.
• Experience in a commission, B2C or in-home sales environment is a plus.
• Experience in construction or home improvement is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Travel remotely within sales territory to conduct in-home inspections.
• Utilize warm pre-qualified leads to develop and maintain a book of business.
• Diagnose and educate homeowners on issues and provide solution options.
• Estimate repairs and provide homeowners with generated job proposals.
• Close sales with customers in the home.
• Maintain relationships with customers while tracking sales lead pipeline.
• Report to home branch for Sales team initiatives and meetings.
