Job summary

West Shore Home in Minneapolis is seeking an In-Home Sales Manager to lead and grow a team of In-Home Sales Representatives, driving scheduled home appointments and delivering a five-star customer experience. You will mentor, coach, and partner with GM, Sales Trainers, and Operations to raise performance and accelerate nationwide growth, with a focus on ownership and results.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and growing a field/inside sales team.
• Proven track record in In-Home Sales success.
• Ability to train, motivate and coach a sales team.
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer-facing strengths.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Review appointments scheduled by Inside Sales teams and adjust as needed.
• Run a minimum of 3 pre-scheduled in-home appointments per week.
• Effectively complete cancel-save appointments as needed.
• Regularly review performance data and take actions to meet targets.
• Lead and facilitate a weekly sales team meeting.
