Job summary

West Shore Home in Denver, CO seeks an In-Home Sales Manager to lead a growing team of In-Home Sales Representatives and drive a five-star customer experience. You’ll coach, train, and partner with GM, Sales Trainers, and Operations to meet targets and elevate the customer journey.

You’ll manage pre-scheduled appointments, review results, and run weekly team meetings while maintaining a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced nationwide expansion.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and team-building ability.
• Experience selling in-home or field-based services preferred.
• Strong coaching and motivation skills.
• Excellent communication with customers and teams.
• Experience training staff and developing others.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Review and optimize sales appointments scheduled by Inside Sales teams.
• Lead a minimum of 3 in-home appointments per week.
• Complete cancel-save appointments as needed.
• Monitor performance and drive daily/weekly/monthly results.
• Plan and lead a weekly sales team meeting.
