Job summary

West Shore Home in Denver, CO is seeking an experienced In-Home Sales Manager to lead and grow a team of In-Home Sales Representatives, serving homeowners through pre-scheduled in-home appointments and delivering a five-star customer experience.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review appointments scheduled by Inside Sales and adjust as needed.
• Lead a minimum of 3 pre-scheduled in-home appointments weekly.
• Conduct cancel-save activities and optimize performance.
• Lead weekly sales team meetings and report results to leadership.
