Reporting to the Regional Sales Director, you will recruit, coach, conduct ride-alongs, analyze lost sales and market trends, and maintain exceptional customer relationships while upholding high performance standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or high school diploma with equivalent years of sales management experience.
• 5+ years of consumer sales management experience (no B2B).
• 3+ years leading sales teams in a similar environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual sales plans with revenue targets.
• Recruit, hire, coach, and coach sales reps to meet goals.
• Conduct ride-alongs and performance reviews to improve close rates.
• Analyze lost sales, competitive activity, and market trends.
• Oversee territory pricing and profitability; ensure customer satisfaction.
• Partner with Regional Sales Director to reinforce best practices and high performance.
