Closet Factory of San Carlos, CA is seeking motivated In-Home Sales Designers to join our Bay Area team. This role blends sales, design, client consultation, and project management as you work directly with homeowners to design and install custom cabinetry and organization systems.

You'll meet clients in their homes, measure spaces, present customized designs, and guide buyers through pricing and the sale, coordinating with manufacturing and installation teams to ensure satisfaction from initial

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales and/or customer service experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong listening and presentation skills.
• Ability to guide clients through a purchasing decision and ask for the sale.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects at different stages.
• Comfort using computers and learning new software.
• Motivation to develop referrals, relationships, and new business.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to understand needs, priorities, style, and budget.
• Evaluate and accurately measure their space.
• Create customized designs tailored to each client and their home.

• Present designs and recommendations; prepare proposals and pricing.
