Job summary

S&G Carpet and More seeks an In-Home Flooring Sales Associate to meet clients in their homes, assess project scope, and present written proposals. You will close sales on-site when possible, with daily leads provided and the expectation to self-source additional opportunities.

Compensation includes a base plus uncapped commissions, company vehicle, and full benefits. Flexible schedule; no overnight travel; equal opportunity employer.

In-Home Flooring Sales Associate in the South Bay, Santa Clara County, etc.

*Candidates must live in territory*

*While some sales leads will be provided, candidates will be expected to independently source leads upon completion of training*

*Candidates with experience in the Service Industry are encouraged to apply!

Position Description:

As an In-Home Sales Consultant, you will be provided with daily leads from customers who have specifically reached out to us for new floor covering. You will meet with customers in their homes, assess the scope of their project, assist in the selection of products, provide written proposals, and close on-site whenever possible.

Total Annual Compensation Package:

• Generous starting base salary of $60,000. Earn commission from day one!

• Between salary commission, new hires can earn $70,000 - $95,000 per year to start. Commission is uncapped - the more you sell, the more you earn!

• Ensure monthly sales quota is met
• Responsible for a minimum number of appointments per week
• Update all sales activity and contact information using specialized software
• Provide a high level of customer service by following through to completion with all customers
• Cover roadshows and answer questions from potential customers

Position Requirements:
