Job summary

S&G Carpet in Northwest Arkansas is seeking an In-Home Sales Consultant for flooring and carpet. You will arrive at customer homes, measure spaces, present bids, and close on-site with a friendly, service-focused team.

Starting wage is $18.50 per hour plus bonus; full-time, five days a week (Saturdays after training). We provide paid training, a company vehicle, and benefits including medical, vision, dental, and 401K.

Qualifications

• No flooring experience required.
• Candidates must live in the territory.
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license.
• Must be at least 21 years old.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at in-home appointments scheduled by our retail sales team.
• Measure the job site and present a bid to the customer.
• Close the job on-site whenever possible.
• Assist retail team with orders that do not close on site.
• Work closely with a supportive, service-focused team.
