Job summary

S&G Carpet and More, a Northern California flooring leader, seeks an Outside Sales Account Executive / Multi-Family Specialist to grow our residential and commercial client base. You will service the Pleasant Hill and surrounding territory, leveraging a strong training program to become a flooring expert.

Expect a base plus commission with total annual compensation potential of $70,000–$110,000, a company vehicle, full benefits, and 401(k) after 1 year.

Qualifications

• Increase sales revenue and profitability through quality customer service and expanding the customer base.
• Develop outside sales with single-family, multi-family, and commercial property management clients.
• Identify strategies to attract more prospects.
• Maintain existing accounts and ensure satisfaction with S&G services.
• Create marketing materials and sales tools for key decision-makers.
• Develop sales strategies to qualify and close leads.
• Manage projects from sale through final payment.

Responsibilities

• Drive outside sales to generate new business in the territory.
• Own the end-to-end sales process from qualification to close.
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure on-time installation.

Outside Sales Account Executive / Multi-Family Specialist

Total Annual Compensation Package:

• $70,000 - $110,000 potential annual income
• Generous base salary of $50,000 annually to start plus commission
• Company vehicle

General Duties:

• Positively increase the sales revenue and profitability of the organization, through quality customer service as well as expanding thecustomer base
• Determine, generate and capture the sales outside of the organization, primarily through single-family, multi-family, and commercial property management companies
• Identify ways to attract more prospects
• Maintain existing accounts and ensure their satisfaction with S&G services
• Create marketing materials and sales tools that target key decision-makers
• Develop sales strategies to qualify and close interested prospects
• Manage projects from point of sale through final payment of invoices
