Job summary

S&G Carpet and More is seeking an In-Home Sales Consultant for flooring and carpet in NW Arkansas. You will arrive at in-home appointments scheduled by our retail sales team, present bids, and close on-site when possible, supported by a friendly, service-focused environment.

Starting pay includes $18.50/hour plus bonus, and a company vehicle is provided. No prior flooring experience is required as training is offered to help you succeed and grow with the company.

Qualifications

• Candidates must live in the territory.
• Candidates must have a clean driving record and hold a valid driver's license
• Candidates must be at least 21 years old

Responsibilities

• Arrive at in-home appointments scheduled by our dedicated retail sales team
• Measure the job site and present a bid to the customer
• Close the job on-site whenever possible

Pay & Schedule

Full-time position, five days per week (Saturdays required after training has completed). Starting hourly of $18.50/hr, plus bonus. New hires can realistically earn $49,000 to $66,000 per year (hourly plus bonus). Company vehicle included. Medical, vision, dental, and 401K offered.
