West Shore Home, based in Boston, MA, is seeking an In-Home Sales Representative to deliver the West Shore Home sales method and secure customer agreements for our home-improvement products. You will present options, handle objections, and close sales with warm leads in customers\' homes.

We offer a competitive base salary, uncapped commissions, and a bonus program, plus a rotating schedule and robust benefits. This is a growth-focused role with a national presence.

Competenze

• Ability to quickly connect with customers in person
• Drive to succeed in a sales environment
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean record
• Experience in retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles acceptable
• Smartphone or smart device required for company systems with 2FA

Mansioni

• Meet customers in their homes for product consultations and sales
• Communicate the value and installation quality of products
• Help customers find budget-friendly options
• Close sales and complete post-sale activities
