West Shore Home is seeking an in-home Sales Representative in Columbus, OH. You will meet with customers in their homes to present our remodel products, explain value, and close sales on a rotating schedule that includes evenings and Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Must connect with customers quickly in a home environment.
• Strong drive to succeed in a competitive sales role.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Experience in sales preferred; retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles also successful backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations to present product options and pricing.
• Articulate product value and installation quality to customers.
• Assist customers in finding options that fit their budget and close sales.
• Schedule and conduct approximately 2-hour sales appointments.
