West Shore Home in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking an In-Home Sales Representative to deliver the West Shore Home sales method and secure customer agreements for our remodeling products and services.

Role involves a rotating schedule, no cold-calling, and leads that are already warm. The position offers a base salary plus uncapped commissions and bonuses, with first-year earnings potential up to $200K+. We provide comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

• Follow a monthly rotating schedule
• Weeks 1–2: Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM–7:00 PM
• Weeks 3–4: Tue–Fri 9:00 AM–7:00 PM & Sat 9:00 AM–2:00 PM
• Attend weekly team meetings and training workshops
• Guide customers through a personalized one-call close sales process
• No cold-calling or lead generation— all leads are warm and pre-set
