Job summary

West Shore Home is seeking an In-Home Sales Representative in Kansas City, MO. You will meet with customers in their homes, present our remodel products, and close sales using our proven sales method. Expect a rotating schedule and uncapped commission with a strong first-year earning potential.

Qualifications

• Must have strong interpersonal skills and ability to connect with customers quickly.
• No cold-calling; all leads are warm and pre-set; deliver the West Shore Home sales method.

Responsibilities

• Meet with customers in their homes to present and consult on products.
• Explain product value and installation quality to the customer.
• Help customers find options within their budget and close sales.
• Complete post-sale activities as required; manage sales appointments (≈2 hours).
