West Shore Home in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Design Consultant to serve as the primary in-home contact, delivering our sales method to secure agreements for bathrooms, flooring, windows and doors.

You will follow a rotating Monday-Friday / Tuesday-Saturday schedule, work with warm leads, and participate in weekly trainings. The role offers a competitive base salary plus uncapped commissions and a year-one earning potential up to $200K+.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly connect with customers in diverse environments.
• Competitive nature with a drive to succeed.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Previous sales experience or transferable experience from retail, hospitality, or similar roles.
• Smartphone or smart device required to log into company systems with two-factor authentication.

Responsabilités

• Attend a rotating schedule: Weeks 1-2 Mon-Fri 9:00 AM–7:00 PM; Weeks 3-4 Tue-Fri 9:00 AM–7:00 PM and Sat 9:00 AM–2:00 PM.
• Deliver the West Shore Home sales method to close in-home product agreements.
• Handle warm, pre-set leads with no cold-calling.
• Attend weekly team meetings and training workshops.
• Guide customers through a personalized one-call close sales process.
