Job summary

West Shore Home is seeking a Design Consultant in Cincinnati, OH. You will be the primary in-home contact, delivering the company sales method to secure agreements for remodel products and services with warm, pre-set leads.

The role involves a rotating schedule, competitive base salary with uncapped commissions, bonus programs, and comprehensive benefits. Veterans and bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience is helpful, with comfort in in-home conversations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for customer-facing roles.
• Ability to connect with customers quickly in a professional manner.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• A smartphone or smart device is required to log into company systems.

Responsibilities

• Follow a rotating schedule: Weeks 1–2 Mon–Fri 9:00 AM–7:00 PM; Weeks 3–4 Tue–Fri 9:00 AM–7:00 PM and Sat 9:00 AM–2:00 PM.
• Guide customers through a personalized one-call close sales process.
• Attend weekly team meetings and training workshops.
• No cold-calling or lead generation; all leads are warm and pre-set.
• Drive the sales process to secure agreements for remodel products and services.
