West Shore Home is seeking a Design Consultant for Cincinnati, OH. This in-home sales role focuses on delivering our sales method, turning warm leads into customer agreements, and guiding clients through a one-call close process.

The position features a rotating schedule, weekly training, and a compensation package with base pay, uncapped commission, and a bonus program. Veterans and bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• The ability to quickly connect with anyone in an environment
• A competitive nature with a drive to succeed
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
• Previous sales experience but we’ve also seen great success with professionals from retail, hospitality, and other customer-facing roles
• Bilingual Spanish / English candidates with proficiency in English reading and writing are encouraged to apply

Responsabilités

• Deliver the West Shore Home sales method as the primary contact for customers to secure agreements to purchase products and services
• Attend weekly team meetings and training workshops
• Guide customers through a personalized one-call close sales process
• Follow a monthly rotating schedule: Weeks 1–2 Mon–Fri 9:00 AM–7:00 PM; Weeks 3–4 Tue–Fri (9:00 AM–7:00 PM) & Sat (9:00 AM–2:00 PM)
• Sales appointments are about 2 hours each
• No cold-calling or lead generation; all leads are warm and pre-set
