West Shore Home in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Design Consultant to perform in-home consultations and guide customers through the sales process.

You will work a rotating schedule, meet with clients, present remodel options, and close deals with warm leads. The role offers a competitive base salary plus uncapped commissions and bonuses, with potential first-year earnings up to $200K+.

Formación

• Minimum sales experience in home improvement or retail is preferred.
• Ability to travel within territory and generate warm leads (no cold-calling).
• Must have a valid smartphone and be comfortable using digital tools.

Responsabilidades

• Meet with customers in their homes to present and sell West Shore Home products.
• Guide customers through the one-call close sales process.
• Attend team meetings and sales trainings.
• Maintain a rotating schedule and meet performance targets.
