Job summary

Kitchen Tune-Up Woodstock/Atlanta, GA is seeking talented in-home sales professionals with remodeling experience to drive commissions and profit sharing. You will present design solutions, close sales, and grow within a leadership track.

• In-home sales experience in kitchen and/or bathroom remodeling with revenue and profitability knowledge.
• Willingness to work in homes and meet customers across schedule.
• Positive attitude and high energy with a strong ethical compass.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home sales using a consultative process to identify client wants and investment range.
• Gather information on project products to present appropriate solutions.
• Prepare kitchen and/or bathroom remodel renderings using design software.
• Create proposals and materials to present to clients with the goal of closing a sale.
• Maintain client communication throughout the process and celebrate final delivery.
• Attend weekly sales team meetings and coaching sessions.
