Qualifications

• In-home sales experience in the kitchen/bath remodeling space with proven revenue knowledge.
• Schedule includes specific weekly availability and weekend/evening consultations.
• Three references from previous supervisors.
• Positive attitude and high energy.
• Strong character with integrity and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home sales in prospects' homes using our consultative process to fit client needs and investment range.
• Gather information on project-related products to present solutions.
• Prepare full kitchen and/or bathroom remodel renderings using design software.
• Create proposals and related materials to present to clients to close sales.
• Communicate with clients throughout the process and celebrate successful dream kitchens/bathrooms.
• Attend weekly in-person sales team meetings and coaching sessions.
