Kitchen Tune-Up Franchise System seeks a high-energy in-home sales professional to promote our kitchen and bathroom remodeling solutions across Metro Atlanta. You will leverage a proven consultative process, present design-rendered options (20/20 Design), and close deals with generous commissions and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• In-home sales experience in kitchen/bath remodeling with revenue history.
• Positive attitude and high energy; strong work ethic.
• Three references from previous supervisors.
• Proven ability to close sales and manage client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home sales using our consultative process to match wants and investment range.
• Gather information on project-related products to present solutions.
• Prepare full kitchen and/or bathroom remodel renderings using 20/20 Design or other design software.
• Create a proposal and related materials to present to the client with the goal of closing a sale.
• Communicate with the client throughout the process and celebrate delivering the dream kitchen/bathroom.
• Attend in-person weekly sales team meetings on Wednesdays and coaching sessions as needed.
