You will present remodeling options, prepare accurate estimates and contracts, collaborate with the production team for seamless handoffs, and strive to exceed monthly targets while representing the Kitchen Tune-Up brand at local events.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in home improvement or remodeling.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Time management and organizational skills with self-motivation.
• Comfortable conducting in-home consultations and traveling within local service area.
• Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer applications.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home and showroom sales consultations with prospective clients.
• Present and recommend remodeling solutions including cabinet refacing, redooring, and custom cabinetry.
• Develop and nurture leads through follow-up calls and emails.
• Prepare accurate project estimates, proposals, and contracts for clients.
• Collaborate with production team for seamless handoffs and customer satisfaction.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue goals.
• Represent the Kitchen Tune-Up brand at local events and community outreach.
