This role includes a structured four-week sales and design training program, access to pre-qualified leads, an employee-ownership culture, and clear advancement to senior management positions.

Qualifications

• In-home sales experience in kitchen/bath remodeling with proven revenue.
• Availability for a demanding schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Provide three references from previous supervisors.
• Demonstrate strong character and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home sales using our consultative process to match client needs and investments.
• Gather project product information and present tailored solutions.
• Prepare renderings for kitchen/bath remodels using design software.
• Create proposals and materials to close sales.
• Communicate with clients throughout the process and celebrate project milestones.
• Attend weekly sales meetings and coaching sessions.
