Kitchen Tune-Up Houston is seeking an in-home sales professional to drive kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects in the Atlanta metro area. You will use a consultative approach to identify client needs, present tailored solutions, and close sales with strong commissions.

The role offers comprehensive training, mentorship, and a clear path to sales management within a growing franchise network. Remote attendance is not required; local travel is involved.

Qualifications

• In-home sales experience in kitchen/bathroom remodeling with revenue knowledge.
• Schedule: Wed half-day, multiple consultations; two Saturdays/month; one evening per week.
• Three references from previous supervisors; positive attitude and high energy.
• Strong character guided by a moral compass; result- and growth-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home sales using a consultative process to match wants with investment range.
• Gather project product information to present solutions.
• Prepare remodel renderings using 20/20 Design or similar software.
• Create proposals and materials to close sales.
• Maintain client communication and celebrate project delivery.
• Attend weekly sales meetings and coaching sessions.
