Kitchen Tune-Up Houston is seeking talented in-home sales professionals to sell kitchen and bathroom remodels across our Metro Atlanta franchise network. You will leverage a proven consultative process, present design options, and guide clients from first contact to final agreement.

You'll earn generous commissions, performance bonuses, and a structured training program, with opportunities for advancement into senior leadership roles.

Qualifications

• In-home sales experience in kitchen and/or bathroom remodeling with proven revenue.
• Ability to manage multiple schedule commitments including evenings and weekends.
• Three references from previous supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home sales using our consultative process to identify client wants and budget.
• Gather project information and present solutions.
• Prepare full kitchen/bath renderings using design software and create proposals to close sales.
• Communicate with clients throughout the process and attend weekly sales meetings.
