Job summary

Kitchen Tune-Up is seeking A-Players with in-home sales experience in kitchen and bathroom remodeling to join our Metro Atlanta team. You will engage homeowners, present solutions, and close sales through our proven consultative process.

You will receive generous commissions and bonuses, profit sharing, and a clear path to advancement within our employee-owned culture. Training starts with a four-week program and ongoing mentorship.

Qualifications

• In-home sales experience in kitchen and/or bathroom remodeling with proven revenue.
• Willing to work a schedule including evenings and Saturdays as described in the posting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home sales in prospects' homes using our consultative process.
• Gather information on all project-related products to present solutions.
• Prepare full kitchen/bath remodel renderings using 20/20 Design or other software.
• Create proposals and materials to present to clients to close sales.
• Communicate with clients throughout the process and celebrate delivered dream projects.
• Attend in-person weekly sales team meetings and coaching sessions.
