Job summary

Kitchen Tune-Up Franchise System is seeking an energetic in-home sales professional in the Metro Atlanta area to drive kitchen and bathroom remodel projects. You will meet prospects, present tailored solutions, and manage the full sales cycle from discovery to close.

The role offers a generous commission structure with performance bonuses and opportunities for advancement into senior management, plus ongoing training and mentorship to support success.

Qualifications

• In-home sales experience in the kitchen and/or bathroom remodeling space with proven revenue and profitability knowledge.
• Three references from previous supervisors.
• Positive attitude and high energy.
• Strong character guided by a good moral compass. Always do the right thing!
• Result- and growth-oriented

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home sales in the homes of prospects, using our proven consultative sales process based on discovering the client’s wants and needs and providing solutions that best fit the client’s wants and needs and investment range
• Gather information on all project-related products to present solutions to the client
• Prepare full kitchen and/or bathroom remodel renderings using 20/20 Design or other design software
• Create a proposal and related materials to present to the client with the goal of closing a sale
• Communicate with the client throughout the process, celebrate with the client upon delivering the dream kitchen and/or bathroom, and create a Raving Fan!
• Attend in-person weekly sales team meetings on Wednesdays and sales coaching sessions, as needed
