Job summary

Alpaca Health is hiring for an in-person RBT role delivering one-on-one ABA services to children with autism in clients' homes, classrooms, and communities. You will implement BCBA plans, collect data, and form consistent, growth-focused relationships under direct BCBA supervision.

The position offers direct mentorship from a BCBA, flexible full-time or part-time options to meet client needs, and pathways toward BCBA certification with training reimbursement for hands-on learning.

Qualifications

• Must have active RBT certification.
• Support path toward BCBA with mentorship from day one.
• Reliable transportation to reach client homes and schools.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with kids with autism in homes, classrooms and communities.
• Follow BCBA-provided plans, implement behavior strategies and collect data.
• Build consistent relationships to help kids grow; BCBA is closely involved.
