Job summary

Alpaca Health in Colorado is hiring RBTs to work one-on-one with children in homes, schools, and daycares. You’ll follow a personalized plan from your BCBA, implement behavior strategies, and collect data to track progress and outcomes.

We offer direct mentorship from a dedicated BCBA, flexible full-time or part-time schedules, and career growth toward BCBA certification, with training reimbursement for those earning certification.

Qualifications

• Love working with children and be dependable.
• Active RBT certification preferred; we help to earn one.
• Reliable availability across mornings, afternoons, or evenings.
• Experience in education, childcare, psychology, or related fields is valued.
• Must be able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services with children at homes, schools and communities.
• Follow a plan from the supervising BCBA and implement behavior strategies.
• Collect data and monitor client progress over time.
• Build strong, consistent relationships to support child growth.
