Whether you're certified or on a path to certification, you'll receive dedicated mentorship from a BCBA, not a corporate supervisor, with flexible full-time or part-time schedules to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or drive to earn one.
• Willingness to work in homes, schools and daycares.
• Reliable availability across mornings, afternoons or evenings.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with kids with autism in homes, classrooms, and communities.
• Follow a BCBA-created plan, implement behavior strategies and collect data.
• Build consistent relationships that help children grow.
• Receive mentorship from a BCBA, not a manager. - Not corporate supervision.
