Job summary

All About ABA, LLC is seeking a passionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician (BT) to support autism services in clients' homes in New Jersey. You will work under the supervision of a BCBA to implement ABA therapy plans and collect progress data.

The role is part-time/in-home with flexible scheduling. Candidates should have a high school diploma, experience with ASD preferred, and strong communication skills. Training and certification assistance available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with ASD or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Experience with ABA therapy preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA therapy plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Collect and record data on progress and behaviors using Central Reach.
• Collaborate with BCBA and team to develop and implement behavior intervention plans.
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment for individuals receiving ABA therapy.
