Job summary

All About ABA, LLC is seeking a passionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician (BT) to join our team in Pine Hill, NJ. You will implement ABA plans under BCBA supervision and provide one-on-one therapy to individuals with ASD and developmental disabilities.

This part-time, in-home role offers flexible scheduling, data collection with Central Reach, and collaboration with the BCBA. Candidates should have a high school diploma and strong communication, organization, and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with ASD or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Experience with ABA therapy preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA therapy plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Collect and record data on progress and behaviors through Central Reach.
• Collaborate with the BCBA and team to develop behavior intervention plans.
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment for individuals receiving ABA therapy.
