Job summary

All About ABA, LLC is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician (BT) to join our team in New Jersey. The role is part-time and in-home, providing one-on-one ABA therapy under supervision of a BCBA.

You will implement therapy plans, collect data, and collaborate with the BCBA to support individuals with ASD and developmental disabilities. Competitive pay, flexible schedule, and benefits for eligible employees offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with ASD or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Experience with ABA therapy preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA therapy plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Collect and record data on individual's progress and behaviors through Central Reach.
• Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to develop and implement behavior intervention plans.
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment for individuals receiving ABA therapy.
