Job summary

All About ABA, LLC, based in New Jersey, is seeking a motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician (BT) to join our in-home team. You will implement ABA therapy plans under a BCBA, delivering one-on-one sessions and tracking client progress to inform treatment decisions.

The role emphasizes collaboration, strong communication, and the ability to work independently within a flexible, part-time schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with ASD or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Experience with ABA therapy preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA therapy plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Collect and record data on progress and behaviors using Central Reach.
• Collaborate with the BCBA and team to develop behavior intervention plans.
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment for individuals receiving ABA therapy.
