Job summary

All About ABA, LLC is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician (BT) to join our team in New Jersey. Under BCBA supervision, you will implement ABA therapy plans and provide one-on-one services to individuals with ASD.

This part-time/in-home role offers a flexible schedule, data collection via Central Reach, and opportunities for certification support. Join a dedicated team delivering meaningful ABA therapy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Experience with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA therapy plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Collect and record data on individual's progress and behaviors through Central Reach.
• Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to develop and implement behavior intervention plans.
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment for individuals receiving ABA therapy.
