Job summary

Step Up Family Services LLC in New Jersey seeks a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to implement individualized ABA programs for children with ASD in home settings, under the direct supervision of a BCBA. You will deliver 1:1 therapy, collect data, and support skill acquisition across communication, social, adaptive, and academic domains while maintaining safety and professional standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; related degree preferred.
• RBT certification preferred but not required at hire; must obtain if applicable.
• Experience with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Maintain accurate data on client progress using data collection systems.
• Implement skill acquisition programs across communication, social, adaptive, and academic areas.
• Follow behavior reduction protocols per BCBA design.
• Assist with generalization of skills across settings.
• Provide reinforcement and prompting per treatment plan.
• Maintain professional/ethical conduct per BACB guidelines.
