Job summary

All About ABA, LLC in Pine Hill, NJ is seeking a passionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician (BT) to join our in-home ABA therapy team. You will implement ABA plans under BCBA supervision and provide one-on-one therapy to individuals with ASD, recording progress and collaborating with the BCBA.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with ASD/developmental disabilities preferred.
• Experience with ABA therapy preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA therapy plans under BCBA supervision.
• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Collect and record progress and behaviors.
• Collaborate with BCBA and other team members on behavior plans.
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients.
