Job summary

Step Ahead ABA is seeking an RBT for an in-home case in Charlotte, NC. You will deliver 97153 direct therapy under a BCBA-written treatment plan, supported by a dedicated care manager and the Step Ahead supervision team.

This role offers flexible hours and the chance to grow within a supportive network. Qualified candidates engage in Monday–Friday morning sessions, with potential for paid non-billable time and bonuses for client cancellations.

Qualifications

• Direct therapy delivery under supervision.
• Accurate data collection during sessions.
• Maintain notes and progress data as required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 97153 direct therapy per treatment plan written by BCBA.
• Receive plan introduction and support from family care manager.
• Record session data and submit notes; non-billable time paid.
• Work with BCBA and clinical directors for supervision and feedback.
• Engage with families to ensure continuity of care and adherence to plan.
