Job summary

Advanceable ABA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for in-home, part-time ABA therapy in Roanoke, VA. You will work 1:1 with children in their homes, under the guidance of a BCBA, delivering individualized treatment plans and reinforcing daily living skills.

Qualified candidates have an active RBT certification (or will pursue it with company support), a passion for helping children, and 15–25+ hours per week availability. Flexible scheduling and career growth are offered.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification, if not we’ll support your path to certification.
• 1+ year of experience with kids or individuals with special needs preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Develop communication, social, behavioral, play, and daily-living skills in children.
• Use evidence-based ABA strategies and reinforce progress with families.
• Track progress with session data and clinical notes.
